About us
At Falmouth River Watersports our whole team love being on the water, we all live and breathe for the sea. From sailing, surfing, and kiting to paddling, windsurfing and snorkelling. There aren't many watersports that don't get us excited.
The aim of our centre is to provide a safe and friendly environment for guests of all abilities to enjoy Mylor harbour and the wider Carrick estuary. We cater for the nervous beginner paddleboarder, right up to the experienced tourer who wants to head off for a 6 hour epic!
We are incredibly spoilt to have a beautiful sheltered estuary, a recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Spend an hour or two on the water and we're sure you'll understand why it holds this status.

Stroodle is always around the centre and loves a cuddle....almost as much as she likes 'borrowing' hats.

Stu
Stu really is the life of the party, he will welcome you with his big grin and before you know it you will be in love with everything Falmouth River Watersports. Stu has been around the water all his life and can teach you to use pretty much anything that floats. He has spent many years abroad teaching and running beaches but now Cornwall is his home and he loves showing people how amazing it is here.

Away from the centre Stu is normally to be found at the beach, windsurfing, surfing or planning another adventure with Stroodle.

Harry
For Harry the sea is his playground, every spare minute he has is spent in the water, whatever the weather. Top on his list is surfing, kiting and windsurfing. There's not many times you'll see Harry's long golden locks dry!

Spending the last 15 years in the watersports industry and the last 6 years managing a centre, for Harry watersports really is his life and he will always be around to offer advice, help or just have a chat.
​

JoJo
JoJo has worked in schools and shops with all aspects of watersports, so as well as being more than happy to help get you on the water she is a fantastic resource for advice.
Any spare moment JoJo can be found out sailing, surfing...or exploring the coastline with Stroodle!
